Feeding Chute(1)

- The internal width of the feeding chute can be steplessly adjusted between 200 and    400mm. - The standard length of the chute is 450mm. - Chutes of different dimensions can be provided. - Through feeding chute (1) the vials are passed into the feeding screw (2). - At the end of the screw two vials (or four vials) at a time are transferred to the stepwise    rotating intermediary wheel (3). - By this wheel the vials are transported to the rotating transport wheel.

- Filling is effected at station (5) via dosing pump (8). - According to your requirements the machine can also be provided with four filling station,    so that each object is filled twice. - Thus higher outputs at larger filling volumes are obtained. - Optimum output is achieved by application of corresponding filling needles which are    matched for the vial size and the product to be filled. - No vial-no filling. - Inert gas supply before and after filling can be provided. - Pregassing is made via gassing needles (6), postgassing via needles (7).

- The filling pump are made of stainless steel. - Four standard sizes with dosing ranges between 0.2∼3ml, 1∼5ml, 5∼10ml and 10~100ml    are available. - In special design the machine can also be supplied with a filling aggreagate for    installation of 4 pumps. - Thus each object can be filled twice so that higher outputs are achieved with larger filling    volumes. - Adjustment of dosage is made centrally via slide. - No exchange of filling cans! - Precise adjustment of each filling pump can be made from the exterior via adjustment    screws. - The filling pump can be operated by a corresponding swithch even if there is no object. - Thus deareation, cleaning and sterilization of the mounted pump is possible
